• Our Purchasing Department ensures high-quality, low-cost materials sourcing for your products; Progress Wire can also source high-volume labor-intensive wire fabrications from its partners in Asia
• Straight and cut machines start the manufacturing process with platers’ quality or stainless steel wire to provide the best surface condition for finishing
• CNC wire forming machines are capable of making complex, three dimensional wire forms up to 5/16" in diameter
• CNC mesh welders provide our customers with high quality low cost spot welded mesh designs.
• Our mig welders combine wire products with other steel shapes like tubing and sheet metal.
• Presses, shears, and over a hundred additional pieces of fabrication equipment enable us to be a full service wire fabrication facility
• We use the region’s best platers and powdercoaters to provide your products with the appropriate finishing including chrome, zinc, brass, and nickel plating, PVC coating, paint, or a variety of other finishes
